NanaBa Commerce Technologies Ltd. is an incorporated commercial marketplace under the Companies Act of Ghana. NanaBa operates as a facilitating digital intermediary platform that connects registered shoppers directly with verified Ghanaian small-to-medium businesses, market artisans, and licensed distributors.

To maintain account integrity and fraud-free operations, an account must be authenticated via a verified, SIM-registered Ghanaian mobile number on the MTN, Telecel, or AT network.

• You are solely responsible for all actions conducted through your account credentials.
• Never disclose your NanaBa OTP or Mobile Money wallet PIN to any agent, courier, or seller — NanaBa staff will never ask for it.

All listings are displayed and settled strictly in Ghana Cedis (GH₵), inclusive of applicable statutory levies (VAT, NHIL, GETFund). When you authorize payment via MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, or AT Money, funds are held securely in escrow and released to the vendor only after you verify delivery with your 4-digit PIN.

Estimated delivery windows are 24–48 hours across Greater Accra and Kumasi, and 2–4 business days for other regional capitals.

Shoppers benefit from a 48-hour return and reinstatement window beginning immediately after delivery handoff. You're entitled to a replacement or full escrow refund if goods arrive damaged, expired, incorrect, or materially different from the listing.

NanaBa enforces zero-tolerance restrictions against counterfeits, unauthorized prescription drugs, unregistered narcotics, uncertified cosmetics, and hazardous contraband under Ghana FDA regulations.

These Terms are governed by and construed in strict conformity with the statutory laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes unresolved by NanaBa Consumer Conciliation submit to the competent jurisdiction of the Commercial Courts sitting in Accra.
